New Management Assignment
Lincoln Harris CSG has been awarded the management contract for 101 N Tryon St in Charlotte, with services beginning August 1, 2006.  101 N Tryon St is over 526,000 rentable square feet and is located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.  This assignment expands our relationship with the building owner, American Financial Realty Trust (AFRT).  Other buildings we manage on behalf of AFRT are: 525 N Tryon St, 901 W Trade St and 177 Meeting St (Charleston).
