525 N. Tryon Building Wins “TOBY” Award - Developed and Managed by Lincoln Harris

HCA, one of Lincoln Harris CSG’s largest clients, is one of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, HCA is composed of locally managed facilities that include approximately 190 hospitals and 90 outpatient surgery centers in 23 states, England and Switzerland.

Lincoln Harris CSG is a facility management provider for over 474 HCA facilities totaling approximately 9.9 million square feet.

HCA’s Incentive Program is an initiative through which third party facility management personnel can earn incentive compensation for outstanding achievement and achieve financial, operational and relationship goals. The Incentive Program is based on personnel performance. In January 2005, Lincoln Harris CSG won 12 of the 24 incentive awards. This year Lincoln Harris CSG is pleased to announce it won 17 awards!

The first group of awards was based on Kingsley Tenant Surveys. Kingsley is an independent consulting firm that surveys medical office building tenants each year and provides results to HCA’s real estate department. The results show that communication, relationships and follow-up by facility management personnel are essential in overall satisfaction of tenants. The second round of awards recognized individual accomplishment over the account history, recommendations from HCA corporate real estate Asset Managers, and CEO recommendations and feedback. The four honors include: the Merit Award, the Horizon Award, the Pinnacle Award, and the most distinguished accolade, the Patterson Award. The Patterson Award acknowledges an individual who exemplifies extraordinary achievement, leadership and integrity. Each year the “Patterson” recipient is added and displayed on the “Wall of Honor” hung in the HCA corporate real estate department.
