Posted: 5/21/2008 Location: HCA recently held its Annual Property Management Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. During the conference HCA presented awards for excellence in property management. Of the 24 awards presented, 15 were presented to Lincoln Harris CSG employees.
Among the winners, Jeanne Scogin based in Atlanta won the Patterson Award, the highest award given. Jeanne was presented with a trophy and $4,000. This award recognizes extraordinary outstanding achievement, leadership and integrity. Lincoln Harris has won this prestigious award for the past four years.
Leanne Morton based in Pasadena, TX took home the Horizon Award which recognizes an outstanding new member of HCA and property management who has demonstrated an ability to learn quickly and has a drive to improve and excel.
The Kingsley Awards were presented to a number of Lincoln Harris team members. This award, based from the Kingsley Tenant Survey, is conducted by an independent third thparty consultant firm that surveys MOB tenants each year. The results continue to show communication, relationship and follow up by third party property management personnel to be essential in overall satisfaction of tenants. 10 “Highest Overall” and 10 “Most Improved” Award recipients were recognized at the awards dinner.
